This is a 29-year old mother of one child who came to Dr. Burke’s office to consult about an increase in size and improved appearance to her breasts. This patient came in with a A cup size and desired a D cup size. During pregnancy the mother’s body goes through many physical changes; especially to the breasts. With Dr. Burke’s extensive knowledge in correcting the appearance of breasts after a pregnancy, she devised a custom surgical plan for the patient, and she booked her surgery soon after her initial consultation. 450 cc Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round, Moderate Plus Profile silicone implants were placed in the patient bilaterally and her incisions were seamless and almost completely healed within 1 month post operatively. She was very pleased with her beautiful result.
