Breast Implant Exchange BA Case #153

This is a 49 year old female who came to Dr. Burke wanting to exchange her breast implants. This patient had a breast augmentation years earlier by a different surgeon, and although she was happy with her results, she always had wished she had gone bigger with her implant size. This patient has a history of asymmetrical breasts and prior to surgery she had 350cc implant in the left breast and a 375cc implant in the right breast.  Because the patient desired a larger size and more projection Dr. Burke recommended a full profile implant that fit within the patient’s base diameter along with a breast lift to get the nipples in a more desirable and even position. This patient has 560cc full profile implant in the left breast and a 520 cc full profile implant in the right breast.
