About the Author

I'm Dr. Renee Burke. Long before I became a board-certified plastic surgeon in Barrington, IL, I caught my first glimpse of surgery while volunteering in an operating room where my mom worked as a nurse. Watching a plastic surgeon at work, I just fell in love with it. That passion led me to establish my Barrington practice, where I specialize in cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery, facial rejuvenation, and body contouring. My reputation for creating beautiful, natural-looking results attracts patients from throughout northwest Illinois. My training includes a plastic surgery residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and two surgical fellowships.
